Don't waste your money.

As soon as you lay your head down, it sinks to the mattress. Also it's a very hard pillow. This will be my last buy from this brand. Worst guest services.

Very uncomfortable - too thick

Ordered the BOGO cloud soft and lofty and they are very thick and very stiff. Ordered them as a gift for my boyfriend who sweetly accepted them and said nothing but after trying them out a few months later (we live in different states) I wanted to warn others that they are very uncomfortable and nothing like previous tempur pedicure pillows I've had. (Now that I specifically ask him he agrees and it's not just me). It hurts my neck to sleep on my back because the pillow is so tall and stiff. It's a little better from the side but it still pushes my head to an angle that I wouldn't imagine is very healthy long term. Will need to buy new pillows. Very disappointed.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was described as soft and suitable for back and side sleepers. The name 'cloud' made me think I wouldn't notice it was there at all. The truth is that I find it to be quite firm and as a result I am now waking up frequently at night and feel tired in the morning.

Comfortable but not the same as the old Cloud pillow version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Tempur Pedic fan and purchased the Cloud pillow a few years ago and fell in love with it. When I recently purchased this new Cloud I was surprised to see that it was a completely different design than the old one. The new Cloud is not nearly as firm (very squishy) and has very slow memory. This is definitely not what I was expecting to receive and was disappointed that I could not return it.

Chemical smell made it unusable!

I bought 4 of the pillows and when I opened the box the smell was terrible. It smelled like a combination of chemicals and mold. We tried airing them out and putting an extra pillow cases on them but the smell came through. It was awful and made them unusable. I reached out to Tempurpedic to return them and they said 'no' because they only take pillows back if there is a 'defect'. They gave me suggestions for how to make them smell less bad (e.g. sit on them (!?) to expel the odor, roll them from end to end, leave them to "air out" for some unknown period of time). In my view it is a completely ridiculous attitude for them to take since they clearly know the pillows have an odor but don't mention it in the product description.

Pillow goes flat

The pillow goes flat almost to the mattress when laying on it. This pillow is not very comfortable and I would not recommend

They're not as comfortable as my partner and I had wished so now we just have two extra pillows laying around that we don't plan on using or having guests use because of how flat the pillow is/how much neck support it lacks.

Quality has went backwards

Ordered two new tempur-cloud pillows to replace my previous cloud pillow. Within a week if that I went back to my old pillow because i was disappointed in how flat and far these pillows allow your head to sink. Did not return because I didn't want to pay shipping cost to return them. To anyone looking for a firmer pillow I do not recommend these if you don't mind your head being smothered in your pillow then these are for you.
