What the heck?

Based on the reviews I was excited to try these pillows. Can't describe how disappointed I was when they arrived. They were much smaller than expected, but I decided to give them a try anyway. First night of sleep confirmed my fears. Flattened to almost nothing. No support and completely useless. At least they have a great "No Return Policy". What a waste of money.

Smell will hurt your throat / give you a headache

I have had different Tempur-Pedic products in the past and have slept on one of their beds for 11 years now. These new pillows are different than what I had and don't seem near as nice or comfortable. I cannot give them time to get used to them because after more than a week and washing the covers and putting on multiple pillowcases they still smell terrible and I wake up with a soar throat and headache.

Caution:no returns!! Buyer Beware

I own 2 tempurpedic mattress and just purchase this pillow. When I receive it, i immediately notice it was way too soft. I contacted customer service and they said they only allow returns if it was damaged by delivery or defective. Now I'm stuck with an expensive unused pillow I can't use. What an absolute SHAM!!! I could understand if it was used but it's brand new. Buyers beware!

Not thick enough

The pillow doesn't offer much support. It's a low pillow that it feels like I'm just resting my head on my mattress.

Pillow matches quality of company

I received the pillows in a normal amount of time. That is the best thing I can say about my experience. I fell asleep with them and woke up looking for them. They disappeared between the tiny crack of my mattress and my headboard, TINY!!! They are terrible. I returned them in January and still have not received my refund. Plus, I was told they do not normally accept returns and that I am "lucky" they did this for me. Real lucky, now I have no pillows and no money.

Thin and not supportive

I had a Temperpedic pillow for 13 years and it was near the end of its life, so I took advantage of a deal on the Temperpedic site to buy a new one. It was depressingly thin and not supportive at all, compared to my old pillow. I wish I had tried it out in person before I purchased it. I love the hard rock type pillows and this one just didn't cut it for me. I'm sure it's just a different model than my old pillow, but I was definitely disappointed when I was so looking forward to my new pillow.
