Solid addition to pillow line up

The initial week or so I had to let the pillow air out before using it because of a smell lingering from the packaging. So far the pillow performs well and I've adjusted to the new stack high well. No back or neck pains. After a minute of warming the pillow up, my head is in a great sleep position. I use it with a firm mattress. I gave this pillow a 4/5 star because I still really love my original tempurpedic contour profile pillow that is about ten years old. This new cloud pillow is a worthy addition.

Comfortable for those who want a soft pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice soft pillow, however, I would fancy a pillow that has more support that could last the whole night. Comfy for about an hour, but does go pretty flat after laying on it for an extended period of time. Will go back to original shape since it is memory foam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like my head sinks and then it's like rock hard. Never could fall asleep using this pillow. Might be ok if you are a back sleeper. I am a side sleeper and this doesn't work for me. However my mister seems to really like it. So it just depends on the person I think.
