I purchased a pair of TEMPUR-Cloud pillows solely because of my satisfaction with the TEMPUR-Breeze mattress purchased last year. They have the same texture and comfort as the bed. Although they are firmer than other pillows, they are truly comfortable and I will stick with these.

I have cervical spondylosis and TMJ which creates a lot of pain n my neck and upper back. It is VERY hard for me to get comfortable to go to sleep. I have been thru about 10 pillows in the last few years. I read so many reviews and decided to get this one and the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable since they had a deal going. This TEMPER-Cloud is by far the more comfortable pillow. It's super low loft so my neck doesn't hurt when I wake up. I'm so sensitive that sometimes it feels too low (my body is annoying) so I just put a towel or blanket underneath til my body tells me we can relax. It stays cool and it has helped me have heachache-less days so I like it so far. I've been using it about 2 months. I gave 4 stars only because there are no returns, so I'm stuck with the other pillow that I don't use because I feel like the stuffing moves and it's lumpy and annoying to me.

Weirdly firm yet too soft. You can't easily move your head around, you sink to the bottom of the pillow when you relax your head so it's like not having a pillow. Yet there's still super firm memory foam squeezing both sides of your unsupported head. No return policy unlike other brands. Even if one is still unboxed!
