[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows came quickly and were clean. I am disappointed in the responsiveness of these pillows, they are like laying your head on a mud pie. They sink in quickly and do not come back up very quick. Maybe i'm comparing them to foam pillows. These pillows are not for everyone.

Hard and gives me a headache

This "cloud" pillow is not soft, and the description is misleading. It's hard and I wake with a headache every day. I even have an adjustable base bed, but no position works with this pillow. Waste of money, in my case, not soft - overall awful!
