Hurts my neck

This was an expensive pillow and after night one my neck already hurt. My boyfriend tried it the second night and he woke up with a cranked neck too. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't do anything about it and don't accept returns or exchanged. Not worth the money at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried 3 other Tempur-Pedic pillow types (5 pillows total)- sadly with the cost of these things (especially King size)- all have been a fail. I have 4 of these pillows throughout my household (1 for each of my 3 children and myself), and interestingly enough the cheapest pillow in the line is, in my opinion, the best one they offer. Unfortunately it took spending approx $500-600 on the prior 5 pillows to figure it out! While I do think it is the best in the line, it's STILL only moderately comfortable. It is nice & soft and cloud-like and the zip-fabric removable/washable case material is soft & smooth to touch, it has more give in the tempur so your head is able to sink more into the pillow than the others I have, BUT from my experience with this entire line of pillows (tempur-cloud included)- they are just too high (some way too firm also) for the natural alignment of the neck and this is the reason I am rating it a 3 because it otherwise would be a great little comfy pillow. Pros: Washable cover Soft smooth fabric Moderate cloud-like give in tempur material Cons: Too high for positioning of neck Price In my honest opinion, the Tempur pillow line is far too expensive to have to go through them all to get to the right one and I would return all 6 (4 different types total) and get my money back. Which doesn't entirely come as a surprise to me because I also upgraded to a Tempur King size (VERY expensive) mattress about 2 years ago (when I first tried out the first pillow in my collection) and I truly wish I DIDN'T because it has been utterly HORRIBLE for my back! Maybe it's just me, or maybe Tempur-Pedic just isn't at all as great as it's cracked up to be♀️
