[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am actually happy with my pillow. Having to use a bipap due to my sleep apnea, the only pillow type I was able to use has been a high end down pillow that I could fold and unfold as I changed my sleeping position from back to side. This one makes the transition easy and it is quite comfortable. The only reason for not adding the five star is that it is still more fitting for a side sleeper rather than the back sleeper since I still need to find the comfortable area to position my head on the pillow such as the area in the middle or the area closer to the edge. I like this in the absence of a better product for people using cpap/bipap machines.
