[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may sound like I am exaggeratiang...but I am not. I had neck pain all night long. Stiff necks and never slept all night. I got this wonderful pillow and honest...I have not had neck pain since and I am amazed when I wake up and think...wow...I slept all night and didn't wake up once. Best pillow ever. Got my daughter one and she loves it too. Thanks ...I am saving up for a mattress and believe me I know which one I want. lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is the pillow is good, but the profile of the pillow is too high for back sleeper, especially the firmness of the pillow also make you semi-look down when you sleep facing up. If you are mostly a side-sleeper, this is a good height.

Getting a high quality pillow is kind of like getting high quality tires for your car. Something that is often overlooked or neglected, but can make a huge impact. The Tempur Cloud has given me noticeably better sleep and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great all-around pillow. I find that it's best for back and side sleeping.

I am so unhappy with these pillows. No support. Woke up constantly with sore neck and back. Had high hopes for such a big company to provide a great product but that is not the case. Then why I thought for sure a company like this would have a great return policy and I'd be able to return the product for a refund....NOPE! They won't take it back and won't do anything. Now I am out over $90 for two pillows that I will NOT be using. I've only had the pillows for about 2.5 months and still they will not do anything for the fact that I am unhappy with this product. I tried chatting with customer service, and all I got was "Sorry for that but we don't return pillows." LAME!! Terrible Customer Service and Satisfaction Policy. You would think with a company this big that would be okay with giving someone back almost $100 so that maybe that would be open to try again with someone else or other products. With this experience there is No way I will be coming back to try anything else, and I will be posting all over social media to let people know that this company DO NOT CARE and will just keep your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before this purchase, I tried different branded memory foam pillows thinking that all memory foam material is same then why to spend more on tempur-pedic. But temper-pedic cloud pillow has changed my beliefs. Honestly, This memory foam is different than others. It conforms to your neck and body for any sleeping positions and well responsive. It retains it's shape sleep after sleep no matter how much pressure you apply. This ends my long journey of comfortable pillow. Thank you temper-pedic!!
