If you like a really thick and firm pillow, this will be perfect. It was too firm for me, but the TEMPUR-Adapt® Pro + Cooling Pillow is perfect if you like softer not so firm pillows. I love Tempur pedic products but you really have to know most of their products are for support so they might be a little firm, always try them. If you want quality and a really firm pillow this one will work for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of the tempurpedic cloud pillows..I bought this since my older ones had staining on the case and it seemed the most similar due to the quilted case. The pillows are smaller than previous, the outer case was cotton before and now it's a cheap polyester. The memory foam doesnt bounce back as much as previous pillow. I went back to my old pillow anyway but good overall for someone who doesn't know what they are missing. My partner has the other new pillow and is okay with it.

When I looked at buying this pillow I selected Medium. When I received these pillows the insert says they are Soft. The pillows are soft and not Medium. I can't return them but I should be able to since I ordered a Medium and received Soft.
