[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that I don't have the best results when buying pillows, I give up and end up buying a cheap pillow. This time I was determined to buy the correct pillows as I suffer from neck pain, I read alot of reviews and even went in store to test it out myself! Its extremely comfortable and I can tell it will be durable. No neck pains here anymore!

Used this pillow for years and there has clearly been a design change as I have had to replace yearly previously and now this pillow I worse than sleeping without a pillow as it is so flat when you lay your head on it. Zero support and zero return policy even if completely unopened (purchased 2).
