On a BOGO sale, I decided to try this Cloud pillow and what a game changer! It feels firm, but it's really just super supportive. It took a few days for me to get used to the different feel, but I'm 100% sold - worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reason for a 3. Pillow is great, stays cool and I fall asleep quickly. I'm taking 2 points off for the sheets I bought. They are the worse sheet I ever bought from you. Used them one time they were so hot sleeping not cooling sheets as stated on your website. I have been looking to buy the cooling beds but with your guarantee I was told by your customer service team says doesn't apply.
