The firmness right when I get it is perfect... it does lose some of its firmness after a year, so I usually buy a new one every year but it is so worth it. Without a doubt 5/5 stars. I've never had a better pillow in my life and I probably won't ever get a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a lot of pillows over the years. Regular pillows, contoured pillows and more. They weren't bad but each had its downside. I decided to give this Tempurpedic pillow a try. I like that it's flatter but supportive. It works whether I am sleeping on my back or on my side and it doesn't bunch up with a big "dent" in the middle. I would buy it again.

The issue lately was that my pillows were bending my neck in a way that was causing me to wake up with a stiff neck or headaches more often than not. I researched for weeks trying to ensure that I would find the right pillow to solve my issues and all reviews kept pointing me back to the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow. I have never spent this much on a pillow, but knowing this is a proven brand and company, I gave it a shot. It took a couple of nights to get used to my head not being as elevated as it usually was, but from the first night, no neck or headache. The pillow itself is heavy , but soft. You truly feel like you're laying on a cloud once your head sinks in. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you give yourself a couple of days to get used to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 48 yrs old and have had hip surgeries on both hips and I am in need of another surgery. I am not over-weight and weigh in around 130 pounds. I have been miserable at night while sleeping for many months, as both hips are so painful to lay on. I tried a few mattresses online and sent them back so I went to the store this time. I tried the tempur-pedic in the store. I lay there for about an hour on my worst hip and surprisingly, it was the best bed I have ever felt. Unfortunately, it was way out of my price range and I went home trying to figure out what I could do to get it so I could finally have a comfortable night's sleep. I got onto the website and saw the 3 inch toppers. So I decided to buy 2 and save up money to purchase the full mattress when I could afford it. The first night I slept on 1 topper as the other one had not arrived. It really helped my sleep and the pain in my hips was eased. The second night I received the second topper, and wow! What a difference that made. This topper was amazing and my hips are not "hot" in the morning. I am so excited that I can sleep on my side with little or no pain. I also purchased the pillow. It was equally amazing! Goodbye Serta, hello Tempur-Pedic! Looking forward to the day I get to experience the whole mattress! Thank you Tempur-Pedic!
