[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have neck and shoulder issues, so for me this one is to dense for me, I was hoping for a softer more supple pillow. It is beautiful and I'm sure some would love it . However for me it just doesn't work. So my search continues.

I purchased this as part of a BOGO offering a while back. The Tempur Cloud pillow comes in vacuum sealed packaging, but when I was unhappy with the item I actually tried, I thought I would see if I can return this unused pillow to avoid the excess. Turns out they will not accept any pillow in original packaging unless it is defective. I think that is ridiculous considering how nicely sealed this pillow is. To clarify, I am not trying to return the pillow I actually tried. I just expected better from them as a seller

My Son Wouldn't Visit Unless I Bought Your Pillow

We were planning for him to visit during Christmas, but he was hesitant because he didn't want to leave his new pillow because he gets such a great sleep on it. He takes the train from New York, so he really couldn't bring his so I told him I would buy two pillows for our guest room that he could use when he visited. He agreed to come home for Christmas. Meanwhile, I had guests stay over and they got to use the new pillows first. They loved them and wanted to know where I got them. So of course, after they left, I had to try them out. Well I loved them so much that I bought two more for myself! We are a very happy family thanks to Tempur-Pedic!

I purchased two pillows, and they are so soft that they don't offer any neck support. It will feel comfortable for about 5 min before you feel like your neck is sinking into the pillow, and then it will take a long time before it inflates again. I do not recommend it. I went back to my old pillow, which is more than 7 years old an still holds some firmness. Also, I can't return and get my money back so this was a waste of money.

bought a BOGO offer. One of the pillows is a normal tempurpedic pillow, as everyone understands. The second pillow is not up to par. I tried their worthless customer service and forwarded it right away to the warranty department, who will nearly always give you an excuse saying they are unable to provide a warranty. There is no explanation included. My only option after a month of back and forth was to file a dispute with the credit card company. Skip the BOGO purchase.
