[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having neck pains, waking up through out the night repositioning my pillows to get comfortable and in the end they went flat and I threw them away. And this past holiday I purchased the cloud (3 actually) and long story short my neck pains are gone, I've been sleeping the entire night and waking up feeling more rested than the past couple of years. Definitely worth trying

I also made the mistake of not reading the finer print when purchasing. I thought we could try them to see if they worked for us and there was a 30-day return policy. But that only applies to other products (not pillows). Ours will now be on the guest bedroom bed.
