This is probably the best pillow I have ever owned!! I purchased the Black Friday bogo and have 2 of them and they are great!! I like to sleep with a pillow that is soft to the point that your head sinks in plushy and this is it!! Plushy with lite firmness that is just perfect!! Get it, you wont regret it!!

WASTE OF MONEY . Tiny and practically flat. This is the worst pillow i have ever bought. I have owned tempurpedic pillows for 10+ years and this pillow is a joke. It's so flat and provides no support

Very disappointed with customer service

I have purchased 2 sets of these exact pillows. The first set was amazing, I absolutely love them. Purchased a second set for a second home and they are not the same and awful. They go completely flat when laying on them and give zero pillow support. I contacted customer support and they said there's nothing wrong with them since they are not visibly damaged and they will not warranty them. I very politely disagreed with them with an explanation and was told again they do not find any issues, will not replace them and it is a comfort preference. These pillows are too expensive for the risk of them being completely defective with no return or warranty option unless they have a visible tear or damage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

very soft compared to the older version of the same pillow. Brand new and dur to no return on pillows, it goes right to the garbage. DO NOT BUY!
