[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are so comfortable! They gently conform to my head and give just the right amount of support, not too soft or hard. I've had pillows that bulge over my face and interrupt my breathing, but not these! I usually sleep on my side and have had pillows that sound crackly inside which interferes with going to sleep, but not these! These pillows are the best I've ever had. They are wonderful, soft and supportive at the same time!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the product, minor issues with shipping and cus service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pillows, take them anywhere I go where I know I'll be sleeping. They're soft, yet firm and haven't given way after night after night of folding, bending, and rotating. (I sleep with my pillow folding in half and move around a lot) My only issue is I ordered during a buy one, get one promotion. I was a bit confused about how the promotion worked, so I called customer support and was told all I needed to do was order one and the second would automatically ship with it. Turns out that was incorrect so I only received one pillow. To their credit, they did end up sending the second pillow at no charge but the time it took to receive both pillows was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall I highly recommend this product.
