I first got one of those pillows when I bought my bed and it was so comfortable that I decided to splurge and get two more. I'll never go back to a regular pillow. These are just the right firmness and they are a lot cooler to the touch than ordinary pillows. I love that you can take the cover off and wash them and the fact that they spring back into shape. Definitely a plus for me since I tend to move all around when I'm sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this pillow to work. For the first 10 seconds of laying on this pillow it is like laying on a cloud, then it turns into a solid board of compressed pain. Every night I sleep on this pillow I get neck pain. I've moved back to my original pillow. The compressed state of the pillow does not work for me.

Really low, not good for bad necks

I bought these hoping for neck relief and wanted to give them a fair shot. I have woken up with neck pain every forming. They are too low and not inflated enough. The Pillow itself sinks so low it feels like you're putting your head on the mattress and it doesn't really fit well or form under your neck as you think memory foam would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
