Along with the Tempur-Pedic mattress topper (with cooling cover), the Tempur-Cloud Pillow has changed my life. Amazingly, I sleep all night and wake up in the morning feeling wonderful! Since a bad skateboarding accident and two surgeries, my once comfortable bed created pain in my lower back and my neck. I had resorted to sleeping with a pile of pillows propping me up, because if I laid flat, I would be in pain, and getting up in the morning, worst pain. That first night laying flat on the Tempur-Pedic mattress topper, I put my head on the Tempur-Cloud pillow thinking this is not going to work. But I fell asleep quickly and woke up 8 hours later feeling fine. I am still amazed. A couple months later and still sleeping well and waking up without lower back or neck pain. Tempur-Life Changing.

This pillow isn't as supportive as I would have imagined. It's like it went flat laying on it. My old memory foam pillow is still my favorite. I was hoping to love this one, but I just didn't.

I went to a dermatologists and he said I had Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis (CNH) on my ear. He suggested I look at Tempur-pedic pillows or other pillows made for that condition (pillows with a hole for your ear). I went with Tempur-pedic and I have been very happy. The pain is gone and I have been sleeping much better and longer than I used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was really going to love this pillow and from the description & reviews I thought it would be perfect for me as a side sleeper with neck issues, but that is proving to not be the case. My neck hurts and my shoulders have too much pressure on them. I'm bummed because I spent this much and the pillow isn't living up to my expectations. Might work for some, but not me.
