[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having severe neck muscle tightness. I haven't had any issues after sleeping on this pillow. It was difficult getting use to a harder pillow that conforms to your head than a soft regular pillow at first. It's pretty comfortable now that I have gotten use to it. I would recommend this pillow for anyone that has any neck issue.

As advertised, the pillow is not for sleeping on your stomach, which I am and I didn't like it. This pillow is best for sleeping on the side. The height of this pillow is a tad bit much for me to sleep on my back as well. Bad that I am struck with a pair as I bought during the BOGO offer!!!!
