[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is not too soft but just enough to contour my head shape that makes it very comfortable. Just make sure you use a cotton or softer pillow protector and not the polypropylene fabric ones. I used a poly fabric pillow protector at one point and it kind of constricted the pillow flow and it made it a bit uncomfortable because of the rigidity of the polypropylene. Ended up taking it off and the pillow worked so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I will be straight right from the off, I have never really got on with these memory foam type pillows.. but I have wide shoulders and look for neck support and I may have chosen too firm a pillow. These are without a doubt the best I have ever tried and they do exactly what they claim to do... they don't make my head hot, they do reshape after use, they are supportive in all the right places but I find my ears don't like them they impair circulation and they then start to ache a little. I confess the error may be mine... I got too firm a pillow, so please consider this when reading my review.

I google and searched for good pillows and I read the reviews, they were all great reviews and pushed into purchasing a set. Best decision I've ever made...my neck pain has eased up a little and it's much much better than before

I can use it if I keep my hand under the pillow for a little more support. Overall I am very disappointed with this pillow, especially for the price. If you like a flat pillow you will probably like it. If you like a pillow with some substance, stay away.

My only complaint is that the standard covers these pillows come with could be better but I put a silk cover over them & it is PERFECT!
