[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-Cloud Pillow should rename / or Sub-name / MY BEST PILLOW We have always bought sleeping pillows from big box stores............ never satisfied, just content and ok with purchase......... our most recent purchase we bought better as we were told from our sales person.......... looking forward to a great nights sleep.........didn't happen, got home / opened the bag & the pillow had already come apart at the seams.......... took back for refund, not exchange, decided there must be better......... WELL!! NOT BETTER!! BUT WE FOUND BEST!! With The Tempur-Cloud Pillow... Best quality, Best looking, and Best nights Sleep Ever....... Thank You Tempur-Pedic

I hate to say it but I don't like this pillow. I believed the hype but am sadly DISAPPOINTED! This pillow is entirely too flat and because of that, it does not support my neck causing my neck and shoulders to hurt worse. I strongly recommend if you are in the market for a neck supporting pillow that you disregard this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Temper-pedic pillows for years. These looked like they would be a little higher than my current pillow so I bought them. Well, they are like a cloud because they're soft and you sink into them, but there's not enough support. I gave them a chance but I had a neckache every morning so I went back to my other Temper-pedic pillows. I had already thrown out the packaging thinking I'd love these as much as I had all my other Temper-pedic pillows so I wasn't able to return them.
