These stay firm and I love how I can take out the inner memory foam to eash the outer cover. 10 out of 10! I bought 2 for my best friend and he says he no longer has neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I visited my daughter at a home where she was housesitting. She put me in an upstairs room. As soon as I lay my head down on the pillow I noticed something different about it. It was so comfortable. When I left I stripped the bed and looked closely to find out what kind of pillow it was. Tempur-Pedic! As soon as I got home I looked it up and ordered this pillow. It's been great! I am small and have a short neck and often pillows are too high. But then they aren't high enough when I switch to my side. This pillow hits both notes perfectly.
