It's just the right support level not too soft not too hard. The sleep mask is adjustable and really blacks out all the lights. This bundle is heavenly. It's the next best thing to a massage. It would make a nice gift for someone with back problems.

Warning, don't buy unless you like a sink in soft pillow, I did not try this in advance and therefore it's to soft for me, and no returns were frustrating but the pillow is made extremely well. I would definitely recommend to try them at at store in advance.
