It is absolutely perfect! It forms to my head perfectly and dosent get too firm when its cold! I absolutely love it and wont buy anything else! You definitely should try it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cloud pillow is great, minus a stitching issue that started on the pillow cover. The warranty process was pretty easy to navigate and I am receiving replacements. As a side sleeper with bigger frame who tends to heat up at night this was an improvement over my standard faux down pillow. I will likely order a thicker pillow next time with cooling gel. A few Notes: in the warranty requests, they ask for pictures of "pillow law tags" - this law of not removing tags only applies to pillow sellers - consumers have the right to remove the tags. I told Tempur-Pedic this when they asked for the pics, and was not asked for those pics again. I came away feeling they use that request as a way to cancel unsuspecting consumers warranty claim. I was given credits to repurchase 2 items, which was great! I would have liked to been able to combine those credits towards one any item, rather than the limits they place. It would be nice to let their customers use the credits any way they prefer, for the inconvenience factor alone. All in all it's a great product, especially at 2/1 sales when you can find them.

I really wanted to like this. It's wonderfully soft. The squared edges make it a little awkward to find a comfortable place to lay my head...My head usually ends up on the very bottom or corner on this fairly large pillow. But most disappointing is that the cover on this pillow is HOT. It triggers several hot flashes a night for me and I feel sweaty. I have several pillows that I swap around every so often but this one I kick to the curb before the night is done and get one of my other pillows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
