[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this pillow a lot. It is a bit more thin than I was expecting so it's not perfect for side sleepers but it still has eased my neck pain. I would recommend this to somebody with neck pain but if you're a side sleeper you should get something a bit bigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love that the Tempur-Cloud pillow keeps my neck at the perfect alignment. Too often memory foam pillows cause my chin to tuck down and are just overall too thick and unforgiving. This pillow is absolutely awesome. My chin doesn't tuck, my neck, head, and shoulders are in excellent alignment and none feel forced or pushed. I love that this pillow has support but is still plush. It isn't so plush that it covers my nose when I lay on my side, but gives me a nice sinking feeling while still being supportive. It doesn't make my ear fall asleep either! Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not an awful pillow by any means but my neck continued to hurt after a few weeks of using the pillow. I went back to using my old pillow and neck pain improved. On the other hand, my wife seems to enjoy her pillow (at least no complaints).
