I was used to waking up during the night with severe pain in my neck and I could barely turn my head at all. I would have to turn my whole body to try to get in a more comfortable position. I've been using this pillow now for a month or two and I haven't had any neck pain during this time. I highly recommend this pillow.

It still does a great job of supporting my neck and head. I have a lot of head and neck damage from a fall off a horse, so removing pressure points is essential. This pillow does that.
