[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is perfect for me because it has the correct amount of firmness so my head doesn't sink too far into the pillow and my neck remains straight. It is very comfortable and forms perfectly around your head, just like a cloud. Best pillow I have used. Only thing is for me I had to break it in, meaning at first it wasn't perfect but after a few weeks it's amazing.
