[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are firm but contour beautifully to your body and so feel soft. It has helped my neck and shoulder tension. I bought one ten years ago that I take along when I travel. When I bought a new house I decided to get two more and have them in my guest room as well. Why deny my friends and family a good nights sleep. It is truly my favorite pillow.

You couldn't have named it better by the way. However My wife is a side sleeper and thinks it too soft, so I gave hers to my son and he loves it. Go get yourself a cloud pillow, it's worth every penny!
