[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product for my husband and he really likes this pillow. It conforms to your head and neck and is not very stiff. His neck pain has gotten better since using this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pillow - but I'd purchased one before and it was much firmer the last time. This second one is softer, and actually fits me better, but it's just something to note in case you, like me, are returning for seconds... I bought the first one sometime in 2017, and the second one in 2018.
