The TEMPUR-Cloud pillow is the perfect mixture of soft and hard. It forms perfectly around your head giving you the support you need all night! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pillow - but I'd purchased one before and it was much firmer the last time. This second one is softer, and actually fits me better, but it's just something to note in case you, like me, are returning for seconds... I bought the first one sometime in 2017, and the second one in 2018.
