[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased my first TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow during the holiday "2 for 1" deal. My son had been complaining of neck cramping from previous pillow used. I chose the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow over others after reading up on the reviews and a recommendation from my sis who stated the following: I'd rather pay for an expensive pillow that will last a few years over constant neck pain and having to replace a bad pillow every few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband converted from a stomach sleeper to a side sleeper because this pillow supported him to well it was finally a comfortable position for him to sleep on his side. For me, a back and side sleeper, this pillow was too tall for me. Thus the average rating. I ended up with the medium neck pillow which is too tall for back sleeping but perfect for me for side sleeping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is very soft but supportive for my neck, I always had issues with pillows because I would wake up with back aches and neck soreness. I highly recommend this pillow for any type of sleeping position it will not disappoint.
