I ordered 2 of these to replace other pillows. They flatten so quickly and offer no support. They caused back and neck pain for my husband and I.

Unfortunately, the pillows that we received were not comfortable at all and we were not allowed to return or exchange them. We essentially wasted our money on these pillows. I wish this company had a better return policy.

It helped support my neck, and then bounced back if I moved around. Unfortunately, my daughter was having headaches from her pillow, so I had to give it to her. She likes it and has not had a problem since.
