[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has neck and back problems and was having trouble sleeping with her generic pillows so I bought each of us this pillow because of the reviews around how many people found that it helped relieve their neck and back issues. We are both in love with this pillow. I didn't know how bad my other pillows were until I got this pillow. It is a medium verb so it's not so hard that you feel like you're sleeping on a rock but also not so soft that you feel like you're sinking into it. It is a solid pillow which I had debated between the memory foam pieces or the solid and I'm glad I went with the solid. It's good for all types of sleeping side back or front. I'm thrilled with the results and I feel better when I wake up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two for me and my partner. We are side and back sleepers . I had high hopes of replacing my older pillow. This newer version is simply too firm and too thick that laying on it extends my head so far forward without much give that it's uncomfortable. We tried sleeping on it for two weeks (even unzipping the cover/removing the cover to allow more give, before giving up as our heads and neck were just aching all over. Now we have two expensive pillows that we won't use. We were so disappointed for the price.
