[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was soft and comfortable when I am laying face up sleeping. Felt no pressure on the head and neck. The only thing I can say that needs improvement would be the thickness of the pillow. It would be nice if the pillow is thicker. I bought two and have to use both for support when I am laying on the pillow watching tv.
