[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sorry to say this pillow provides no support for the neck at all. I bought both the tempur-neck pillow and this tempur-cloud pillow. Because the quality of the neck pillow has change d and it is now too hard to sleep on and it hurt my neck, that was why I wanted to try this cloud one. However, it has no support at all for my neck and I had to stop using it too because I experienced headaches after sleeping on it. I wish the company could offer customers refund like it did in the past, but I ended up hide it in my storage room because I tried to give it away to my friends and no one likes it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally found the one! I have been picky about pillows in the past. It can't be too flat, too puffy, too hard, too soft, it needs to be just right and this pillow was the one that was just right! I recently had neck surgery and needed the perfect pillow. I needed a pillow that offered support but was comfortable and conformed to my head and neck and this did the job. My Tempur-Cloud pillow was so comfortable and made my recovery a little easier. Even my husband loved my pillow so he bought one too!
