[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed on how soft and comfortable these pillows were at first, due to the way they were designed and reading the reviews. I did start to notice after while that these pillows started to flatten up the more I laid my head on them. I'm a little disappointed that it turned out this way, because I spent a pretty penny on these products thinking that it would be a great sleeping investment for my partner and I. I also thought these would be high quality considering the high reputation of this company. I hope the quality of these pillows will continue to improve in the future.

I sleep on my side and this comfortably holds my head and neck with support while I sleep. I'll never go back, will purchase one for travel for use in hotels!!!
