It's okay

At first, it felt alright, but a few days into it, I feel like it wasn't thick enough. I just have another thin pillow on top of it to make it comfortable.

Great Sleep!

I'm a senior, and 5 ft tall. I had been using a pillow for several years that had the depression for your head. Comfortable if you always stayed in one position. I think I must have gotten half-awake to change position, and might have moved the pillow as well. I truly love my TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow. Doesn't matter what position, I am comfortable. I think I am sleeping much more soundly. I highly recommend this pillow!

I have a physically demanding job and have found it hard to sleep some night. I came across a temperpedic ad about the cloud pillow. I had t changed my pillow in a few years but thought I'd give it a shot after reading the reviews. The Cloud pillow lived up to all the hype. I emmidelaty started seeing better sleep each night with the pillow. It combines the best support and comfort. I thought maybe it would be to soft or to firm but they really did get it right with this pillow. It was so great I bought the kids pillows as well. So now everyone in the house is sleeping on a cloud every night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Soft, Not Very Firm

The pillow is very soft and I enjoy sleeping on it; however, it is so soft that when I rest my head on the pillow, it almost disappears after maybe 30 minutes. I own two pillows, and I might purchase 2 of the more firm pillows from Tempur-Pedic. If you have any concerns about this pillow being potentially too soft, go with your gut and spend the extra $20 on a more firm pillow because this pillow is VERY soft.

What the heck?

Based on the reviews I was excited to try these pillows. Can't describe how disappointed I was when they arrived. They were much smaller than expected, but I decided to give them a try anyway. First night of sleep confirmed my fears. Flattened to almost nothing. No support and completely useless. At least they have a great "No Return Policy". What a waste of money.

Smell will hurt your throat / give you a headache

I have had different Tempur-Pedic products in the past and have slept on one of their beds for 11 years now. These new pillows are different than what I had and don't seem near as nice or comfortable. I cannot give them time to get used to them because after more than a week and washing the covers and putting on multiple pillowcases they still smell terrible and I wake up with a soar throat and headache.

Caution:no returns!! Buyer Beware

I own 2 tempurpedic mattress and just purchase this pillow. When I receive it, i immediately notice it was way too soft. I contacted customer service and they said they only allow returns if it was damaged by delivery or defective. Now I'm stuck with an expensive unused pillow I can't use. What an absolute SHAM!!! I could understand if it was used but it's brand new. Buyers beware!
