We both have back + neck pain and I was skeptical that these pillows would be perfect for us as it has been for all the people who left stellar reviews, also since we can't return, but we are beyond happy I have them a shot. We have not slept better! Since day one both of us were in love and don't wake up w neck pain anymore. We sleep deeper and wish I could buy this pillow for everyone!! Don't waste any more minutes reading reviews and order this now. I'm grateful to have found this pillow that allows us to have restful painless sleep. Only complaint is I wish they made bigger sizes as I have a cal king bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because of Tempur-pedic's excellent reputation and because I've been through so many pillows (I have a disc issue in my neck). I have to say as expected, the quality is top notch. I love how solid it is-it's evident that it's not cheaply manufactured with large air pockets in the memory foam. The quilted cover with a zipper is brilliant-it allows you to remove it for washing and so far it has really held up well. The quilting pattern on it is very comfortable. The pillow didn't help as much as I'd hoped with my neck issues but I still gave the product five stars because it's not the pillow's fault AND I did get some relief. You definitely get what you pay for-don't suffer with a ridiculously inexpensive pillow because it means it was cheaply made!
