[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this is one more set of pillows that will not work for me. I thought I was doing better by purchasing from a brand whose actual business is to produce quality sleep products however these pillows deflated immediately and will only provide a minimal level of support by using two pillows. I'm sorry I purchased these and would like a refund however the purchase didn't offer one so I'm stuck.

They are too thin to sleep on with just one, and too thick to sleep on with both (causes neck and back pain due to position). I believe they need to be thicker in order to provide most comfort. I am myself going back to my old pillows. Disappointing because I have a Tempur-Pedic bed and love it, so had high hopes for these pillows and they let me down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting a fluffy, comfortable pillow to lay my head on. I was deeply disappointed with the product. Before even taking out of the plastic I tested the pillow, and my head fell instantly to the mattress without any kind of support. This pillow is soft yes like in description, however I was not expecting the pillow to be that soft. I tried a few more times just to see if I would change my mind, and I cannot use this pillow, nor can anyone in my family. So I have a very expensive pillow just sitting in a box. This also is a queen size and I didn't see options for a king bed which would have been nice if the pillow worked out. Also, there isn't a return policy, and if your city does not have a distributor nearby to test these pillows out, you are out of luck like me.

This pillow was great for the first few weeks but now it seems like it's increasing me headaches/neck pain. I wish they'd make a thinner or slightly one for ppl who are not as big
