[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After sleeping on the tempurpedic contour pillow for years, we ordered the Cloud based on the reviews. My husband loves his. I start out loving mine, however I switch it out in the middle of the night for a thinner pillow. I find it is a little thick and I know it holds my head higher than my contour. I'm sure once I get used to that i will be a happier sleeper.

When I lay my head on the pillow, it starts to form to the memory foam, and once I'm settled, the memory foam is only a couple inches thick, leaving my head below my shoulders. I am a side sleeper. Sometimes I lay on my back and when I do it is comfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when my wife wanted to purchase two of these pillows. I am very particular about my pillows. I cannot sleep on just any old pillow. I don't like them too thick, too hard or too soft, and I typically like a somewhat thinner but supportive pillow. My sister had just purchased a new Tempur-Pedic mattress and received two of these pillows free. She was raving about the pillows to my wife and my wife tried one out one day when she was visiting. She immediately wanted to buy two, so I ordered them from your website directly, still figuring that I probably would not like them. When they arrived (pretty quickly I might add), they were packaged beautifully and in a very sanitary manner. Inside the one big box were two smaller and tightly fitting boxes. Inside those boxes were each pillow, completely sealed in heavy clear plastic. That alone impressed me. When I took the pillows out, my first impression was that they seemed the right thickness for me, but I figured they would be too firm for my liking. Nevertheless, I gave one a try that night. WOW, was I surprised! The pillow was EXTREMELY comfortable and supportive. Not too soft or too firm. It literally feels PERFECT for me. Now I want to take that pillow with me on all our travel trips somehow. I sleep so much better with it; no more neck aches in the morning; and apparently my wife doesn't hear any more snoring from me, so this pillow scores BIG for me! I don't want to leave home without it now.

The wife was jealous so I bought two more one for my oldest daughter and one for her and everyone's happy you absolutely had to buy this

For the price I was expecting something more substantial. I find myself sleeping with my hand under my head a lot now that I have this pillow and that messes with my joints. Overall my alignment is not bad with this pillow. I am a side sleeper. I would recommend for someone who likes a very soft pillow that is on the thinner side.
