[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharing my personal experience. It's a good quality pillow but quite high for my neck. Sometimes I wake up with strained neck in the morning mainly because it is not aligned with my backbone. I can feel that my head is kinda hanging in the air when I rest on my back. Other way of explaining it is that my shoulders & almost a quarter of the back do not touch the mattress when I'm on my back. That should not be the case. It works fine when I'm laying on my side though. I think if Tempurpedic makes some low height pillows, it'll be very useful for many customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows truly hurt my neck more than helped. Luckily bought two to stack making it slightly better but you sink right to mattress. They also run extremely hot. Would not recommend.
