This is literally the perfect pillow. I roll around, toss & turn, stomach, side, and back sleeper. For five years I have been buying all kinds of pillows to help me and this is the pillow that fixed my problem. My quality of sleep has improved so much. It is the perfect sweet spot between plush softness and firmness. Not to be dramatic but I feel like it was made on Mount Olympus...

Ordered Medium firmness, was very firm. Use it without the cover and it is the perfect feel. So for good sleeping get the soft feel. My older temprepic was medium. I slept on it for 15 years. A great product.

I probably would not have chosen it myself because I am used to using a squishy poly-fill pillow and always thought memory foam was much too firm. I think we always buy pillows based on the way they feel when touched by your hand. You really can't do that with memory foam because it feels much firmer on your hand than how it actually feels under your head. I absolutely love this pillow. Comfortable no matter what my sleeping position. No neck aches. Keeps its shape and has removable cover that can be washed. I was so wrong about using a memory foam pillow. It has been just wonderful!
