[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had a fusion of 3 cervical vertebrae, as well as living with extensive arthritis, I'm very particular about my pillows. I actually have a closet full of other pillows that were purchased, but didn't feel comfortable. The Cloud pillow is soft enough so it doesn't cause discomfort, but provides great support for my neck. I sleep on both my side and my back, and the pillow is comfortable either way. I'm on my second Cloud pillow, as the first one began to lose it's "oomph" after several years of use. When it came time to purchase another pillow, there was no question that it would be another Cloud.

These pillows fixed that. They feel like laying ur head in gel (in a good way)! They are soft but firm enough to get comfortable and support your neck. They are not a pillow that you could use to prop yourself up in bed watching tv; they are specifically for laying down and going to sleep on. My boyfriend thinks they are slightly too thin which is why I gave them 4 stars but I would buy them again.
