I thought this pillow would address my neck problem, but it did not. I even asked about a warrany with the pillow, but unless it is damaged, you can never return it. I wasted money on 2 pillows....

They go flat almost immediately after laying your head on them. Doesn't matter which position you sleep in either. Returns aren't allowed on pillows here which is kind of lame. Everywhere else will allow pillow returns. Not going to buy from here anymore. Especially 'personal items'
