I already had a 6 month old Tempur-Cloud pillow I loved. I just bought 2 more, one for my son and and a second for me. These pillows are much firmer than my first pillow. My son says it even hurts his face. My neck hurts with this pillow but not the one I purchased at the store. Feels like 2 different pillows. Needless to say, these new pillows will go unused. So sad.

Purchased these pillows to replace my older Tempur-Pedic pillows and the new ones are even squishier than my old ones have come to be - very disappointed with this purchase. Buyer beware these pillows are squishy like a marshmallow!

This pillow has changed since the last one I bought 4 years ago. It completely squished down to nothing when you lay on it. I compared it to the old one and this one has more poor quality memory foam. It feels like a 20 dollar pillow. Do not buy.
