I'm really disappointed with this pillow. I've never spent so much money on a pillow and there is no support. My head flattens this pillow out. It only works with another pillow under it for some extra support. I love my cloud bed but this pillow is not worth it.

I have been using these pillows for years, I recently reordered 2 more for family members. I started using them about 10 years ago and I won't sleep on anything else unless I have to. I had neck and shoulder aches every morning until I started using this pillow. My goodness it has helped me so much and I wake up without neck and head pain. I noticed that one side of the pillow is a bit higher than the other. Works great for back and side sleeper's. My husband and I even pack them when we travel. Just roll it up and put it in your suitcase. It fluffs back up once you take it out. This pillow is the best! We have the wonderful bed too!!

While my Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt Firm mattress rates high marks, these pillows don't. One of the zippered slip covers ripped upon first washing and they continue to emit an unpleasant odor even though I've aired them out for days on end. They're comfortable to sleep on, the size is right, but they leave much to be desired. If TP were to offer the same size pillows with improved components, I might take a second chance. Accent on might.

I was really looking forward to my pillows. I still have neck and shoulder pain. They squish down paper thin. They do not hold shape. So dissatisfied and this company will not let you return a pillow.
