This pillow is awesome. The first night I slept on it I was so impressed! I'm very happy with my purchase of 2 of them. Two things I would say would improve the pillow is have a cool side, they hold heat it so not a plus for warmer climates. Also, they only come in 1 size. That's it! If you can do without those tweaks this is a wonderful pillow. The best I've purchased in my life! I sleep soundly & my neck is fully supported no kinks or sore shoulders. This was my 1st time purchasing pillows online & my 1st Tempur-Pedic purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best pillow I've bought in years. Honestly I've tried over 8 or 9 because my daughter hurt her neck and when the other ones we bought didn't work for her I tried them out with no luck. But with these I love them.

I have tried so many different types of pillows - including other Tempur pillows. This pillow is by far the best, most comfortable pillow I have ever used. When I unboxed it I was skeptical. But I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. It is the perfect blend of softness and support. I have no trouble with it getting hot, or flattening out during the night. It Works great when I sleep on my back or on my side. I sleep so much better with this pillow than I ever have before. No sore neck anymore! This pillow was worth every cent.

This pillow didn't work well for me on our current mattress, I ended up with neck and shoulder pain. I bought 2 of them because I briefly tried one in a store and I thought it felt good. I believe the policy is I can't return them. I only opened one of them to try it out and used a pillow cover on it. I only gave it 2 stars because it didn't work for me, but I feel like it's a quality pillow and could work fine for others.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall comfortability of the pillow I purchased, I thought the deal was good but if it doesn't work for you then it's not! The pillow is too flat and holds heat, if you're going through or entering menopause this may not be the type of pillow you'll need.

Love it after 3 weeks

At first these pillows felt like rocks and I had a sore neck for weeks. Then after about week three, I slept great and the pillows felt soft and like a cloud. I love them now, but 4 stars for those 3 weeks of terrible sleep.
