I use the pillow of this brandy for more than 10 years. It always has great quality. when you sleep, it will never collapse, and it can support your neck, makes you sleep better.

I bought 2 of these pillows after reading some reviews that they helped with neck,back and headaches. We tried it for 3 months and found it very flat, it didn't help dissolve the existing pain, in fact, it may have gotten a little more sore. It was not worth the money I spent in my opinion.

I was hoping this pillow would be a good balance of firmness and softness but it is actually a lot flatter than I had expected. A pillow that I bought for a third of the price is actually more comfortable than I found this pillow to be.

I got these pillows because I have a tempur mattress that's very comfortable. Unfortunately both pillows feel like concrete. I've done multiple things to try to fluff them up, but they're stiff, very flat and not good to sleep on. They're non-refundable, so if you can try before buying, please do!
