The pillow is manufactured with typical Tempurpedic high quality but is unfortunately far too soft. The pillow's memory foam quickly compresses almost completely flat under your head and provides minimal support. I would have immediately returned the two I purchased if Tempurpedic's policy allowed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, It is an alright product. I feel neck pain sometimes when using it. Not really recommend if you have neck pain issue. Tempur-neck pillow should be a better option for you. I do not really the good quality of this. After 1 year using, there are a lot of wear and tear.

Removing the pillow covers was the best decision I made when it came to these pillows. In my opinion the cover made the pillows too stiff and I prefer a very soft pillow. I honestly didn't care for the fabric of the covers either... they have a rough cotton feel and it's very drying for your hair and skin as you sleep. Had a hard time getting a good nights rest prior to removing the covers, but now I feel great and the pillow feels just as described!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the feel of the pillow. Since purchasing it, I have not had anymore neck pain when sleeping on my side. It really cradles the head and neck areas.

I originally bought 2 of these pillows. I didn't think my spouse of 40 years would want to change hers but my other pillow was to soft so I went for it. After the first night we both used them we agreed they were better than we have ever had. I then ended up buy 2 more for guest bedrooms in our home! You can go wrong. Thanks TEMPUR-Cloud for the best night sleep in a long while! Dean
