This Pillow is the worst ever. I bought this product because I was having neck discomfort and I was hoping it will give me the support I needed but very disappointed. When you lay your head on it, it disappears under your head, you don't even know you have a pillow. It's flat, become so small no support at all It's extremely soft that it's provides no support whatsoever. I called the customer service line to ask if I can exchange the item for a firmer pillow, and was told it can't be return nor exchange. I only used it for a day. Total Waste of my hard earned money. Very disappointed and differently not buying here again.

The profile of this pillow is so thick and it doesn't squish enough for a stomach sleeper to ever use comfortably. I'm so sad I wasted my money and they don't take pillow returns.

Excited to receive shipment but soon returned to old pillows. The Tempur- Cloud pillows raise my head to a painful position that resulted in a restless nights sleep, they are solid foam and flex very little.

Feel fine at first. Within seconds of laying your head down there's literally no pillow left. No support at all. I have woken with the worst back pain every night I have slept on these terrible pillows. And of course there's no returns.
