If you have shoulder or neck pain, I would not recommend this pillow. It's super comfortable initially, after time it causes intense pain for me, a side sleeper with neck pain. My partner has also expressed discern and stopped using it, he's a back sleeper. It's too hard and doesn't allow the neck the movement it needs, it's also too high for an aligned neck with spine.

I was excited to try a tempur-pedic product for the first time. Unfortunately it hasn't been a good experience. They seemed good at first then quickly I realized they don't offer a bit of support and comfort. I can literally pinch the pillow between my thumb and index finger flat as can be. Causes neck pain for me. I already have neck and back issues as it is and was hoping this would help with some of that. I guess I'll go back to my other pillow I was using that I've had for 6 years. Very disappointing how these worked out.

I had high hopes for this pillow, after using Tempur-pedic in the past and it was a letdown. Typically most pillows compress slightly when in use but this one compressed completely. I was hoping to have some support for my head and neck but this pillow did not help much at all. Love... The pattern The Shape Dislike.. As with most pillows for me (being 5'6" tall), it's another "too high" pillow, which hurts my neck when either sleeping on side or back. Also, I cannot understand why this pillow has a "crunchy" sound to it, which is similar to the light crumbing of newspaper, when you push in or rest your head on it. And don't get me started on the Body Pillow, it is hard as a rock. Neither my leg nor my arm will even remotely sink into it (at 75 degrees Fahrenheit).

I ordered this pillow with the expectation that it'll be "extra soft" like the description stated, but was greeted with a pillow that feels extra firm and is very uncomfortable to lay on. It honestly gives me a headache while laying on it, and it runs warm after laying on it which disappointed me alot, especially for the price.
